So if you go on tiktok and you look at your analytics, it tells you that the average view time is 40 seconds. So the average view time is one minute. I think what really killed that sort of style of algorithm was tiktok youtube was doing it for years, but they were kind of on, but tiktok came on as like a phone app, a real phone app, they flipped the algorithm on its head and what they started measuring was not necessarily engagement, that stuff still helps. When I started on Twitter in 2020 the way the algorithm measured that they measured the attention of their users was through engagement. So purely through likes retweets comments. So you could gain the algorithm back then if you went in and you had 100 people, I never did it to this extent. But if you had 100 people in a group and you posted a thread, he said, hey, everybody go, go like and retweet and comment on this thread really fast.
